Monthly packages are ongoing and have no contractual term. One month’s notice is required for cancellation. Thereafter the hosting package will be terminated and the website content deleted. Content, stock images and licences are not transferrable.

Artwork Setup includes setup of advertisements or any creatives required for blog posts. It also includes sizing and compressing of images for required for web content.
Stock images are provided at our designers discretion if you cannot provide your own. You have the option to also choose from our premium collection prior to the content being populated.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) includes a single key word phrase per page provided by you based on the content in your page. This will be included in your SEO title, Meta description and Alt tags on your images. Your site is then submitted to google for indexing. Please note that this is not a guarantee for google ranking but a requirement in order for your website to be found by typing your domain name into Google. In order to be placed on the first page of google based on your key words, you would require intensive SEO practices to be applied which comes at a relatively high premium. Please contact us if you require more information.
Backups are done after every change or update.
All websites come with a free SSL certificate which is now a requirement for google. A website without an SSL certificate will be penalized and likely to drive any visitor away.
Your website is built on the WORDPRESS framework and designed using themes and plugins. All these require regular updates to patches and improvements. Failing to do this renders your website open to hacking and possible failure of various features that require these updates.
Your domain requires annual renewal. Failure to pay this fee will result in your domain becoming open for purchase.

Most important your website requires regular content updates and changes to information, images and features. If there is a bug or an update conflict, you will require extensive web design knowledge or this could cost you more in the long run.
